You can delete your account immediately inside the app: Account → Privacy & security → Permanently delete account.
If you cannot access the app, email a request from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, submissions, project records, support history, and associated hosted data are deleted unless a narrow legal exception requires retention. Operational deletion is ordinarily completed within 30 days; backups may take up to 90 additional days to age out.
What may be retained
Appthentic, LLC may retain limited billing, tax, consent, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute records where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed outside the app. Cancel first through Account → Billing or the Stripe customer portal to prevent future renewals.
