Frequently asked questions

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Confirm you are using the same sign-in method and email address used to create your account. If the issue continues, email support with the error message you see.

How do I check an idea or project status?

Open My Submissions in the app. If a status appears incorrect or has not updated, contact support with the submission title.

How do I manage or cancel billing?

Open Account → Billing and use the customer portal. Contact support if you cannot access the portal. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an externally billed subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

Use Account → Privacy & security → Permanently delete account in the app, or follow the steps on the account-deletion page.
