Information we process
We process account identifiers and profile details; idea, build, and project content; support messages and attachments; agreement records; developer-account status; subscription and billing status received from Stripe, but not full card numbers; preferences; and limited device, log, security, and optional analytics information.
Purposes and sources
Information comes from you, your device, authentication providers, Stripe, Apple, Google, and service operations. We use it to provide and secure accounts, review ideas, scope and deliver projects, provide support, administer agreements and billing, prevent fraud, comply with law, and measure the product when optional analytics is enabled.
Disclosures
We use contracted providers for authentication, hosting, storage, payments, communications, distribution, security, and optional analytics. We may also disclose information to advisers, in a business transaction, or when reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, or legal claims. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep active-account information as needed to provide the service. Operational project information is ordinarily deleted within 90 days after account deletion or closure; backups age out on their normal cycle. Support, billing, consent, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Your choices
You may update your profile, disable optional analytics, export data, and initiate deletion in the app. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. Email requests to keith@appthentic.net or use our account-deletion page.
Age and security
Accounts and participation are limited to adults age 18 or older. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
